Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing new patient enrollments, handling patient medication requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for providing support to our pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and will be required to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize reputed company' remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments, entering information into the appropriate system

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)

• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree
