Essential Qualifications

- 0-6 months of work experience (freshers are welcome)
- Experience in BPO or customer service industry (a plus)
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a remote environment
