Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain administrative support for the CIC initiative team, ensuring timely and accurate assistance for everyday administrative needs.
• Process acquisition transactions, PO creation, receipt submission, and payments using MYBUY S/4 Hanna platform and set up new suppliers/merchants using MDG.
• Process PO invoicing and submission in reputed company, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Create, run, and distribute reports on a case-by-case reputed company for the CIC team, providing valuable insights and supporting informed decision-making.
• Maintain and update organizational charts, delivery records, and contact records, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company.
• Research, maintain, and stock reputed company department equipment for both in-office and WFH employees, ensuring seamless operations.
• Support and coordinate operations for quarterly CIC municipal centers, CIC initiative meetings on and offsite, and various department events.

Essential Qualifications
