Key Responsibilities

• Effectively coordinate with reputed company Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, Employee satisfaction, and Customer satisfaction.
• Answer and resolve Customer inquiries, requests, or objections in a timely and professional manner.

• Drive performance processes by forecasting operational circumstances that might impact the operation, monitoring and achieving results against key metrics, and holding individuals accountable for results.
• Work with staff to build schedules that are in line with departmental hourly objectives and reputed company administrative duties daily, such as working shift schedules, closing schedules, daily work assignments, daily payroll, and attendance reports.

Essential Qualifications
