Workwarp is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Health Specialist to join reputed company as a full-time remote employee, serving Region IV. As a Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) to our Head Start grantees, supporting their efforts to deliver comprehensive health services to young children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company subject matter expertise, strategies, and resources to Regional Office (RO) and TTA staff on comprehensive health services, including mental health and environmental health and safety.
• Aggregate, analyze, and disseminate state, regional, and grantee health data to identify emerging trends and patterns impacting Head Start/Early Head Start grantees.
• Serve as a liaison between regional and central Office of Head Start (OHS) and the National Center responsible for health and wellness, and other relevant agencies.
• reputed company and implement strategies for connecting with grantee health managers and/or coordinators in Region IV.

• Coordinate TTA with Early Childhood, Health, and Family Engagement Specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems TTA.
• Participate in case conferences about individual grantees, at the request of the RO.
• Serve as a member of a national peer group of Health Specialists.
• Support emerging OHS initiatives and priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in public health, health education, maternal and child health, health administration, or a reputed company field.
• A minimum of three years of experience reputed company to health services in early childhood programs, such as Head Start/Early Head Start, maternal and child health, school health, or community health programs.
• Demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze, and present health-reputed company data and assist grantees in making data-driven reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience providing training and technical assistance reputed company to health services for children birth to five.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

• A Master's degree from an accredited university or college in public health, health education, maternal and child health, health administration, or a reputed company field.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience working with programs serving children from diverse backgrounds, such as children with special health care needs, children with disabilities, children who are dual language learners, children in family child care settings, and/or children who are homeless.
