About the Role
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our contact center platform. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, operations, and data engineering teams, as well as reputed company-party solution providers, to deliver a seamless and reputed company experience for our customers and agents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing product management leadership for our contact center platform, including adoption of new features, feature enhancements, data feeds, APIs, and integration with our internal tools.
- Helping define strategy, capture requirements, clarify priorities, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and obstacles, communicate, and create a roadmap.
- Collaborating with each functional CS team to reputed company understand their visions and challenges and together deliver the best possible solutions.
- Managing integrations and adoption of product features by working closely with our teams of engineers and data scientists, as well as reputed company-party providers and/or consulting firms.
- Understanding the differences in support expectations in different reputed company around the world and tailoring the experience accordingly.

- 3 years of experience managing consumer or content-centric products.
