Job Overview

The Customer Support and Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and maintaining reputed company' land seller products, including hotel, car, transfers, insurance, and other reputed company services. Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain land seller profiles in the tour management system, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain relationships, and inventory allocations, where applicable
• Set up and maintain reputed company pricing and other selling rules for reputed company direct land merchants
• Set up design and rules for reputed company electronically connected sellers
• Manage the land product work for new destinations
• Monitor land product competitive landscape and suggest and set up margin strategies where appropriate
• Participate in the investigation of tour management system technology issues and reputed company-party technology integrations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); serve as a contact with reputed company-party suppliers where suitable

• Collaborate with the Product Development team on individual seller issues requiring clarification and/or resolution, as well as assist with hotel oversell situations
