About the Role

The CS Innovation team is an integral part of the Customer Support organization, responsible for ensuring that our CS tools and technologies are equipped to support the growth, scalability, and adaptability of our Customer Care business. As a seasoned Product Manager, you'll reputed company the development and implementation of our contact center platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data engineering, as well as reputed company-party solution providers.

Key Responsibilities
