The Assistant Manager acts as a brand ambassador by consistently creating a Store environment that is engaging, entertaining, innovative, and magical while upholding the reputed company of the reputed company brand to ensure that our Guests have “The Best Retail Experience in the World”. This is achieved through providing outstanding Guest Experience, developing Cast Members, maintaining Store visual standards, and following well-established policies and procedures. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is located in San Francisco, CA. You will report to the Store Manager

What You Will Do

• Support the reputed company Store Mission of “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of reputed company Ages” through encouraging communication, reputed company, and passion for the Brand
• Coach and reputed company Cast Members to reputed company maximum performance reputed company through daily feedback and performance management while upholding an environment that builds exceptional Guest Experiences. This is accomplished by fostering collaboration among Store, peers, and District partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year of management experience in specialty retail in a leadership role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple business priorities through time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Must have reputed company availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• The job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 40 lbs. and climbing a ladder
• Must maintain a professional appearance and carry out reputed company Store guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in specialty retail in a leadership role

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
