Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company for this role is $24.05 to $48.10 per hour, with bonus benefits. Your compensation will be determined by your location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors. Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively managing calendar appointments in multiple time zones for multiple VPs
• Accommodating last-minute changes and urgent business needs as required
• Setting the approach for how the VPs spend their time and proactively managing the calendar based on strategy and priorities
• Actively flagging and problem-solving constraints, ensuring read-reputed company materials are provided reputed company required
• Coordinating and performing monthly activities, including consolidating organization charts and feedback compilation
• Managing travel arrangements and providing detailed itineraries, including hotel arrangements and meetings
• Arranging and managing meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and coordinating logistics
• Assisting in tracking team expenditure and monitoring T&E and budget
• Assisting with recruitment for the team, including scheduling interviews and associated tasks
• Assisting in preparing select PowerPoint presentations
• Performing other reputed company projects and duties as requested

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong experience in providing support remotely to a geographically dispersed team
• Proven ability to collaborate with a broad reputed company of contacts and personalities – reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Education Requirements

We're looking for candidates with a relevant educational background in a reputed company field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.

Experience Requirements
