We are seeking an reputed company Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Cash Posting Specialist to join our remote reputed company cycle operations team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for accurately posting payments received from insurance companies and patients for DME services. This role involves reconciling accounts, ensuring the correct allocation of payments, and addressing discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records. You will work closely with the DME Billing Specialist and RCM Management Team to support reputed company cycle processes and ensure timely collections.Key Responsibilities
As a DME Cash Posting Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:- Accurately post payments from insurance carriers and patients into the reputed company system
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Review explanation of benefits (EOBs) and remittance advices to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with the DME Billing Specialists to follow up on outstanding payments and denials
- reputed company support in analyzing payment trends and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in reputed company cash posting activities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Minimum 2 years' experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Cash Posting or billing required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in medical billing, finance, reputed company or a reputed company field preferred
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and payment posting procedures
- Proficient in medical billing software. Experience with reputed company preferred
