About the Role

We're looking for a high-impact individual to join reputed company as a Director of User Research. This is a fully remote opportunity that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in user research, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality research results. You'll also need to have 5+ years of experience in building and coaching teams for high-impact results, as well as a strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable business impacts. A Master's degree in a reputed company field is preferred, but not required.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Portfolio/Strong case studies demonstrating measurable business impacts
• Demonstrated experience in scaling highly functioning user research teams
• Experience in driving operational reputed company for efficiency and effectiveness
• Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proven experience in user research, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
• Ability to influence others, tying insights to business impact
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Expert knowledge of user research best practices and methodologies

• Master's degree in a reputed company field
• Experience with agile methodologies and lean principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
