Position Purpose
As a Data Analyst I - reputed company Analytics, you will play a critical role in analyzing integrated and extensive datasets to extract value and drive business reputed company. You will work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, reputed company solutions, and deliver insights to reduce overall cost of care for members and improve their clinical reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources, including reputed company provider, member/patient, and reputed company-party data, to identify trends and insights.
- Project Execution: Support the execution of large-scale projects with limited direction from leadership, and manage multiple, variable tasks and data review processes under direct supervision reputed company targeted timelines.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Identify and reputed company root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Support multiple functions and reputed company of the organization and effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners, both verbally and visually.
- Process Enhancements: Support the design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and identify opportunities for automation.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, reputed company administration, finance, or a reputed company field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered. 0-2 years of experience in working with large databases, data verification, and data management is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- SQL and Query Languages: Working knowledge of SQL/query languages is required.
- Programmatic Coding Languages: Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R.
- Statistical and Analytical Techniques: Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis, is preferred.
- Business Intelligence and Visualization Tools: Familiarity with modern business intelligence and visualization tools is preferred.
- Regional and HBR Analytics: Experience with emerging trend analysis, financial modeling, claims pricing, contract/network analysis, and/or ROI evaluation is preferred.
