Job Summary

This role requires advanced knowledge of customs brokerage operations, including entry writing, classification, and regulatory compliance. As a Customs Brokerage Representative III, you'll be responsible for preparing customs entries, coordinating freight delivery, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. This position demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and compliant customs entries, including classification and tariff schedules (HTS)
• reputed company with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers to facilitate freight delivery
• Coordinate clearance processes, including documentation and regulatory compliance
• Communicate documentation discrepancies to clients and internal stakeholders
• Resolve finance and reputed company reconciliation exchange issues
