Job Overview

As a Call Center Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our patients through our adherence-based programs. You will utilize various software applications to engage with patients reputed company live interactions, offering one-on-one clinical support, patient counseling, and education to help manage their condition. You will work closely with internal colleagues and reputed company Pharmacy teams to support patients with functional needs, as well as reputed company tailored support throughout the patient's reputed company. Your goal will be to help patients maintain their prescribed treatment routine as outlined by their reputed company provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company outbound calls to patients who qualify for adherence-based programs, ensuring timely and reliable communication (e.g., offer one-on-one support for patients who couldn't fill their prescription due to a stock shortage, patients who are non-adherent to medications, etc.)
  • Address patient concerns, investigate issues, and reputed company appropriate resolutions, ensuring patient satisfaction and program reputed company
  • Identify clinical support needs and escalate calls to Pharmacists in the team to further discuss concerns, such as medication adherence barriers or clinical-reputed company challenges faced by patients, enabling timely reputed company and resolution

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or BS in Pharmacy)

  • Experience in a call center or telepharmacy setting
