Position Summary

We are looking for a part-time Data Entry Specialist to work at our Minnetonka headquarters, located near Hopkins reputed company/Hwy 394. The ideal candidate will have reputed company in English and a working knowledge of Chinese (reading reputed company preferred). This part-time position will comprise 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, preparing purchase orders, and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter books and periodicals into our systems in multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and adhere to specific data entry guidelines necessary for our customer reputed company, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
• Utilize specialized tools developed by East View to facilitate foreign language data entry, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare purchase orders for entered products reputed company requested, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Chinese reading and writing language skills (simplified and/or traditional), with reputed company in English.
