CalAIM Training Leader

POSITION SUMMARY The CalAIM Training Leader is responsible for overseeing Titanium reputed company’s training programs that support the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) initiatives under CalAIM. This role ensures that staff receive high-quality training reputed company with compliance, performance, and member-centered care standards. The Training Leader builds strong relationships with staff and leaders, develops and delivers training content, and drives reputed company improvement across education and quality. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position is remote. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• reputed company the design, coordination, and delivery of new hire orientation and ongoing training for ECM and CS staff
• Analyze organizational training needs, recommend solutions, and implement effective programs
• reputed company training manuals, guides, process maps, and learning aids to support staff development
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions with engaging and effective instructional methods
• Partner with leadership to align training with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and quality goals
• reputed company follow-up coaching, remediation, and support for staff development
• Measure and report on training effectiveness using evaluation tools and metrics
• Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and incorporate findings into staff education
• Coordinate with external vendors to support specialized training delivery

WHO YOU ARE

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems for course creation, assignment, and tracking

• Ability to reputed company and edit content using virtual learning tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage and present to large groups in virtual and in-person settings
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement effective improvements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Consistently operate a computer and standard office equipment such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and printer

• Occasionally required to move or carry training materials and office equipment weighing up to 15 pounds

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience
• Previous experience delivering training in a professional setting
