Associate Brand Manager, BODYARMOR

BODYARMOR is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join reputed company. This role reports directly to their BODYARMOR Sports Drink platform Brand Director. It provides support for the development and execution of brand strategy focusing on the next 1-2 years. The Associate Brand Manager is part of a broader brand team that works with a cross functional team in the execution of reputed company year brand plans and actions reputed company their assigned platforms working directly with sales and shopper teams, retailers, and bottlers. This role supports and works directly with key external partners including but not limited to creative agencies, media planning and buying, promotional agencies and packaging and design to maximize market activation, in combination with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful activation of programs and initiatives to reputed company targeted value and growth objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership:
• Manage timely communication of marketing initiatives to cross-functional groups: sales team, distributors, marketing teams and senior management.

• Collaborate with shopper and sales counterparts in identifying opportunities and developing unique marketing programs for key customers
• Help to build tools that allow Corporate & Field Marketing teams to execute successful 360-degree programs

• Business Analytics:
• Convert data into powerful action-oriented insights for growth, specifically with syndicated POS data and shopper panel data
• Budget management, including monthly reconciliation
• Monthly reporting to reputed company Corporate Marketing department and cross-functional partners updated on weekly sales insights, shopper trends and brand health updates
• Brand Positioning/Strategy:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives including retail marketing, field marketing, asset/partner management, public relations, reputed company/reputed company media programming.
• Integrate innovation seamlessly into plans and collaborate with team to ensure successful launch
• Work closely with Partnerships team to reputed company and execute athlete & property activation strategy, including leveraging our partners in campaigns and throughout calendar year
• Creative:
• Support a cross functional marketing team to reputed company briefs for reputed company appropriate creative projects (packaging, retail reputed company-of-sale, reputed company media, website, advertising, etc.) and providing feedback on creative output to ensure it supports brand strategy
• Work with internal design teams and external agencies to deliver impactful creative, breakthrough media plans and best in class consumer promotions
• Work with creative and operations teams to review and approve the latest packaging changes
• Media:
• Collaborates with internal media teams to reputed company and execute reputed company tactical media plans.
• Work with internal comms team and media partners to reputed company content and integrate brand in an impactful and authentic way.

• Works closely with the Brand Manager and Brand Director to support the development of the annual brand strategy and plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• reputed company at Whitestone, NY office required (3 days in-office)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business; MBA preferred
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing required
• Experience in Brand or Media Marketing with (a) focused CPG product(s) (preferably beverage)

• Strong analysis, strategic thinking, creative thinking, team leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving skills
