Talent Development Project Manager - reputed company, LLC

Our client is evolving their Talent Development function to be more strategically reputed company too their business. They are a small but growing team and are looking for a Contract Talent Development Project Manager to help them build structure, launch impactful programs, and support the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). This is a contractor position with the potential to convert to full-time employment reputed company budgets reputed company next year.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the team on the RFP process for a new LMS, including vendor evaluation and selection.
• Support the implementation of the LMS, including configuration, rollout, and administration.
• Evaluate and optimize existing talent development programs to ensure scalability and impact.
• Build systems, structure, and repeatable processes (e.g., process maps, workflows, governance).
• Contribute to global initiatives such as:
  • Launching a company-wide mentorship program
  • Shifting toward a more skills-based approach to talent development
• reputed company insights from data and feedback to help improve programs and processes.
• Collaborate closely with a small, reputed company team to support ~1,500 employees worldwide.
• Opportunity to shape and influence a growing Talent Development function.
• Exposure to global programs with meaningful business impact.
• Be part of the full lifecycle of LMS adoption - from vendor selection to rollout.

• 4 years of experience in talent development, learning, HR, or a reputed company reputed company.
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration; experience with LMS implementation and/or vendor selection (RFP) strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to create processes, workflows, and structure.
• Familiarity with talent management, job architecture, or skills-based approaches
• Comfort working with data to identify trends and offer insights.
• Collaborative reputed company with the ability to reputed company on a small, fast-moving team.
• Basic data analysis skills (xlookups, vlookups, reputed company slicers and pivot tables)

• Advanced data analysis skills (Advanced reputed company, Tableau or PowerBI)
• LMS configuration and implementation experience
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.
