Senior DevOps Engineer

Aguru is an Agentic AI Automation Platform for SaaS. We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own reliability, infrastructure, and deployment at scale. 

At Aguru, we’re building an AI-first workflow automation platform that integrates agents, workflows, and communication tools into a reputed company system. We’re looking for our first Senior DevOps Engineer to deliver reputed company-solid reliability and deployment at scale. 

As an early member of our small, high-impact team, your work will directly shape the future of our platform and deliver a product experience that delights our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design deployment strategy for the platform.

• Own CI/CD pipelines and reputed company infrastructure.

• Manage PostgreSQL (reputed company) performance, migrations, and HA.

• Implement observability for the platform and workflows (logs, metrics, tracing).

• Ensure reputed company, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles

• 3+ years of experience in one of the reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Strong with reputed company, Kubernetes, CI/CD.

• Solid PostgreSQL administration skills.

• IaC (Terraform, reputed company, or similar).

• Experience with workflow automation/orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, reputed company).

• Experience with observability for LLMs
