Client reputed company Manager
Weâre looking for a female Client reputed company Manager to join reputed company. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our creators, ensuring they feel supported, guided, and motivated. From reputed company to long-term growth, youâll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
This role reports directly to the CEO and the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reputed company-ins and communication.
Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams (creative, management, strategy, etc.).
Host weekly/bi-weekly meetings with creators to discuss performance, content direction, and updates.
Identify challenges or concerns early and reputed company proactive solutions.
Track creator satisfaction and performance metrics, escalating issues reputed company needed.
Support the Operations Manager in refining client management systems, processes, and project management.
Requirements
Previous experience in account management, client reputed company, or talent management (experience in the digital content industry is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
Comfortable hosting virtual meetings and presenting performance feedback.
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Ability to work discreetly and professionally.
