Event Marketing Assistant - reputed company
We are seeking an Associate, Marketing Operations to support congress and event operations for our US reputed company teams. This role will help drive consistency, compliance, and flawless execution of national and regional events, including vendor management, reputed company, payments, and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day operations for congresses and events (booths, symposia, room blocks, sponsorships).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage vendors, reputed company, budgets, and invoice reconciliation.
- Support process improvements, SOP development, and compliance alignment.
- Track ROI and reputed company insights for future event investments.
- Bachelor s degree preferred with 2+ years in event, congress, or conference management.
- Strong organizational, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with reputed company or similar systems a plus.
