As an Operations Support Intern, you will be responsible for:- Providing administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling, vendor follow-up, and project management
- Assisting with report writing, data analysis, and deadline management
- Developing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Communicating effectively with team members, vendors, and clients reputed company phone, email, and video conferencing
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new reputed company and processes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:- Be currently enrolled in a relevant college or university program or have recently graduated (focus on languages preferred)

- Be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during our East Coast operational hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)
- Be located in the US (for tax purposes), international candidates will NOT be considered
