Business Analyst-IDM/PIAM consultant - Savera Solutions

We are urgently looking for a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze user requirements and business processes, creating functional swim lane diagrams.

* Analyze requirements to align with business objectives, using functional reputed company diagrams.

* reputed company solution demos, UAT sessions, and client training.

* Collaborate with the team to maintain data and functional reputed company across projects and systems.

* Configure systems and implement solutions.

* Participate in solution design, implementation, and quality assurance, acting as the primary client contact for technical and functional aspects of PIAM & VIM implementation.

* Produce high-quality and timely analysis and configuration deliverables.

* Discuss project scope and features for each release with project teams.

* Communicate requirements effectively, both written and verbally.

* Estimate tasks, define the analysis process, and outline deliverables for project assignments.

* Collaborate on defining, refining, and documenting business analysis best practices.

Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in engineering or equivalent, with relevant work experience.

* Must have experience in Information reputed company, Identity reputed company and Compliance, IAM, IAG, SSO, SAML, RBAC, and PBAC domains.

* Strong understanding of physical reputed company and compliance standards (HIPAA, NERC CIP, etc.).

* Participation in one end-to-end Visitor Management, PIAM implementation.

* Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company IDM, reputed company GRC, reputed company reputed company, reputed company.

* Proficiency in reputed company Technologies: Azure AD, Azure SSO, SMTP, reputed company, LDAP, Databases, Web Servers, DB Queries, Troubleshooting, Demonstrations, Playbooks, Test Cases, reputed company Testing, and Production Rollout processes.

* Understanding of Project Management, Delivery Processes in Dev, Test, and Production environments, including Change Management and Signoff processes for Production deployment schedules.

* Well-versed in Requirement gathering, Traceability, Swim Lane Processes, Business Process Modeling, SDLC, Sign Offs, Testing Models, User Acceptance Testing, Reporting, Traceability, Test planning, Risk-based Testing, and Quality Assurance Processes.

* Must have experience with Physical reputed company systems: OnGuard, SOC, GSOC, reputed company Threat, PSIM, and PSP, reputed company recertifications, CardHolder Lifecycle, Role Based reputed company Controls, Position based reputed company Controls. This is a client-facing role requiring relevant experience in end-to-end project delivery.

* 3+ years of working experience with HRMS, IAM/PIAM, IAG Integration, Badge Printing, Credentials, and Background reputed company processes is a must.
