Job Summary
As an Environmental Specialist - Cleaning and Maintenance Expert, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall look and feel of our store. You will be responsible for ensuring that our store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and recovery standards of the store, ensuring that it meets our Brand Promises.
- Deliver friendly and exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding what they need and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
- Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
- Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and reputed company products back in their correct placement.
- Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
- Deep clean key areas of the store, including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high-traffic areas.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervisors of supply needs in advance.
- Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
- Complete reputed company tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store, with regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
