Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company technical support specialist to reputed company advanced technical support for various Linux distributions, including CentOS, and other popular distros. As an reputed company Support Specialist, you will be responsible for offering expert-level technical support, leading the installation and configuration of Linux environments, evaluating alternative solutions for EOL Linux distributions, and guiding clients towards the most suitable replacements. You will also manage release planning and testing, reputed company scalability guidance, implement upgrades and patches, conduct CVE impact assessments, and reputed company risk assessments for system migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert-level technical support for CentOS and other Linux distributions, addressing reputed company issues across diverse versions and architectures

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
