Position Overview

The Enrollment Services Specialist I will play a crucial role in our Spartan One-Stop (SOS) initiative, providing a reputed company and personalized student service experience. This position involves counseling, coaching, and advising reputed company on various service needs, ensuring a culture that supports student reputed company, retention, customer service, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Service Experience: Deliver a first-class student service experience through various engagement modalities, including in-person, online, and phone interactions.
• Counseling and Advising: Counsel, advise, investigate, problem-solve, and resolve inquiries from reputed company, families, faculty, and staff.
• Case Management: Act as a case manager, considering a holistic view of student service reputed company, and reputed company routine follow-up with reputed company to ensure resolution of inquiries.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with reputed company partners to resolve student inquiries and problems, focusing on customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a two-year college degree program with one year of applicable experience or a minimum of three years of expansive work experience in customer service and/or a higher education institution.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, critical thinking, and administrative skills.
• Technology: Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and competent in learning new student service technologies.
