Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Early Morning Stocking and Customer Service Representative at our MSP-EDEN PRAIRIE, MN store location. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop our store, and ensuring reputed company customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. You will also be involved in completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and participating in reputed company channel processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store, locating products and providing solutions as needed
• reputed company a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, ensuring reputed company merchandise is properly received and displayed
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery, to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
• Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and reputed company high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
