About the Role

As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Airline steward workforce, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building positive relationships with leaders and Airline stewards to maintain workforce engagement, commitment, and flexibility.
• Performance-based management of large teams of Airline stewards on KPIs such as reputed company, reliability, customer satisfaction, and financials.
• Promoting a culture of safety, health, and well-being, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Addressing Quality Assurance issues, such as uniform compliance and overall performance.
• Collaborating with reputed company support staff, various departments, and internal/external partners to drive reputed company improvement.
• Participating in leadership flying programs and supporting the Airline steward team.
• Proactively responding to and following up on time-sensitive reputed company and competing priorities.
• Providing essential support to Airline stewards before, during, and after flights.

• Communicating regularly with remote Airline steward workforce.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• The ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Proven consistent problem-solving skills in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in training and delivering feedback for developmental purposes.

• The ability to complete initial Airline steward training and maintain qualifications.
