Key Responsibilities-
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism

reputed company general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry

Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks

Assist with shipping documentation, including familiarity with Shipping Notices and Bills of Lading (a strong plus)

reputed company office coverage during staff vacations and absences

Support day-to-day administrative needs as they arise

Part-time, typically 1 50;2 days per week

Mondays required most weeks

Additional hours may be available to reputed company vacation coverage or during busy periods

Previous office/clerical experience preferred

Basic QuickBooks knowledge required; purchase order entry experience a plus
