FTE: 0.60, Shift: Day, Schedule: Weekends 2x/12 hour shifts

Position Summary

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) functions independently reputed company utilizing the nursing process and is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating and delegating nursing functions across the lifespan. The RN collaborates with patients, patient families/significant others, Physicians/Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), patient care staff, leadership and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process as a systematic problem-solving approach to nursing care, facilitating an reputed company level of functioning and health for the patient.
• Independently triages patients in person, reputed company telephone and secure messages, utilizing protocols, guidelines, and standards.
• Uses critical thinking skills in making reputed company regarding patient care, which includes knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data.
• Uses assessment and analysis skills in delivering medical regimens as directed by physicians and APPs.
• Delegates selected patient care functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
• Collaborates with the clinic team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and stewardship.
• Fosters a learning environment for patients, families, and reputed company members of the health care team.
• Advocates for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and reputed company backgrounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained reputed company five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
• reputed company BLS Certification
• Advanced Life Support certification may be required after hire, depending on assigned clinic site
• Two years of experience as a RN - in a clinic setting preferred
• Candidates with less than two years' experience may be considered for Transition to Practice Program

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We reputed company a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we reputed company a competitive reputed company of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $40.65 - $58.51 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reputed company of the appropriate reputed company on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
