Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage NetScout nGeniousONE in production environments, integrating with InfiniStream/ISNG appliances.
• Analyze network traffic flows, system interactions, and application integrations to diagnose connectivity and performance issues.
• Collaborate with reputed company teams to strengthen reputed company-wide controls, including Palo Alto Firewall, Prisma reputed company, and DLP solutions.
• Support hybrid environments across reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS) and on-reputed company infrastructures.
• Identify and document critical information flows, ensuring secure application and data delivery across environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or reputed company field.

• Extensive experience with NetScout nGeniousONE platform and InfiniStream/ISNG appliances.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SNMP).
• Proficiency with remote reputed company VPN technologies (SSL VPN, IPsec VPN) and reputed company solutions like Palo Alto GlobalProtect and reputed company AnyConnect.
• Experience with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments and OS-level troubleshooting.
