General Manager (Founding CEO) — Insurance Leads Marketplace (Confidential)

Build the #1 insurance leads marketplace inside a category leader. We’re hiring reputed company-founder who will take this business from 0→1→N, own the P&L, and turn speed into durable market reputed company.

  • Full P&L for the Insurance vertical; quarterly planning, forecasting, and disciplined budget management.

  • GTM: ICPs (consumers, agencies, brokers), positioning by line of business, geo rollout, and channel mix (search, affiliates, partnerships, paid reputed company).

  • Supply & demand liquidity: reputed company, reputed company, and enabling licensed agencies/brokers; churn prevention; incentive design.

  • Launch pilots in 3–4 states; reputed company 150+ licensed agencies/brokers with >85% QA pass.

  • Expand to 10–12 states; 500+ active agencies/brokers; CSAT/NPS >60.

  • Scale 2–3 profitable channels; launch higher-reputed company products (live transfers, appointments) with QA benchmarks.
