This position carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas: HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance and assistance, performance management, reputed company, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help define and improve Career Teams' work culture and employment law compliance.

Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 PHP/month, commensurate with experience
