Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to reputed company level 1 and basic level 2 technical support to resolve commonly reported, semi-reputed company problems with technology products and applications, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications equipment, and networks operating in our stores, supply chain facilities, and corporate office locations. As a Technology Support Technician (SP), you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years IT experience in a support or operations environment working with PC or reputed company platforms and/or hardware
• 2 years of experience requiring the use of a PC or company information system

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or reputed company field
• 1 year of IT experience in the retail industry
