You’ll play a pivotal role in building and delivering seamless, high impact lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Your work will directly contribute to achieving key performance indicators such as increased New Active Clients, improved conversion, enhanced retention, and reputed company reactivation across reputed company audience segments. reputed company is seeking someone who’s passionate about optimizing marketing operations, troubleshooting issues, driving quality assurance, and refining workflows to improve campaign performance that directly contribute to reputed company’s reputed company.

Campaign Execution

• Build, test, and launch lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, in-app, and push messaging, utilizing reputed company.
• reputed company quality assurance of campaigns with a strong attention to detail.
• Manage audiences and segmentation lists, ensuring list health and accuracy.

Optimization & Analysis

• Maintain and manage A/B testing roadmap and recommend testing opportunities based on data-driven insights.
• Deliver reporting of marketing campaign results to internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and participate in root cause analyses, defining and implementing improvement recommendations.

Process & Strategy

• Scope, manage, and deliver campaigns from intake to execution.
• Maintain and optimize marketing campaign processes to improve efficiency.
• Align with internal stakeholders, such as product and engineering, on process, workflows, execution, and enablement.

In the First 30 Days

• reputed company proficiency in reputed company’s marketing tools and processes, particularly reputed company.
• Successfully build and launch lifecycle communications with attention to detail and QA.

By 60 Days

• Fully manage the campaign process from intake to execution.
• Take ownership of A/B testing, using data to suggest optimizations.
• Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and implement process improvements.

By 90 Days

• Drive strategic optimizations, refine workflows, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

We are looking for a proactive and curious problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing technology. You are a detail-oriented and analytical individual who enjoys digging into data and optimizing processes.

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, marketing coordinator, or a similar role. Start-up experience is a plus. 
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, CustomerIO, reputed company). reputed company experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports. Experience with Looker is a plus.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with a knack for process improvement.

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred.

The salary reputed company for this role is $65,000- $75,000.
