Role Description
This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of reputed company BA deliverables.
- Coordinate workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and monitor reputed company to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Conduct and reputed company requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders, identify gaps between existing products and client needs, and propose solutions.
- Analyze business requirements, create detailed specifications, and map them to modules/features, ensuring alignment between business, solution, and development teams.
- Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field.

- Strong knowledge of digital channels is required.
- Proven experience in digital banking, including comprehensive knowledge of mobile and internet banking features and functionalities.
- Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail reputed company and Account Opening.
- Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and process flows using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, or reputed company XD.
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards and experience with design mockups is an asset.
- Experience in writing documentation for software applications or products.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A high level of English proficiency is required.
