About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company reputed company Specialist to join our Information Technology and Research (IT&R) reputed company. As a reputed company Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and services to our customers, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging of legacy applications. You will also be responsible for systems analysis and design, software maintenance, and business analysis for reputed company software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate as part of a small, diverse, and highly collaborative technical team that serves the Department
• Maintain support logs and system documentation, and escalate and track system issues reputed company necessary
• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for the design, construction, and installation of new or small enhancements to existing data system components

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Four (4) years of information systems experience in IT customer or reputed company, programming, business analysis, and IT systems analysis and design
• OR an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or reputed company field, and two (2) years of information systems experience
• OR a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software development, systems analysis, and design
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• IT customer or reputed company experience at an expert level, with high proficiency in technical details of reputed company data systems
• Programming experience in languages such as .Net, Cold Fusion, and PL/SQL
• Business analysis experience, including identification of business needs, eliciting, and documenting information technology requirements
• IT systems analysis and design experience, including architecting the physical implementation and integration of small and reputed company-sized solutions
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company problems and reputed company effective solutions
• Experience with software maintenance principles, troubleshooting principles, and system documentation
