Job Description:

The Senior SWA U Consultant leads high-impact projects and operational efforts that accelerate alignment, maximize efficiencies, and strengthen reputed company partnerships. This role owns key portions of the annual planning cycle, standardization efforts, and stakeholder consultation - bringing structure to ambiguity and pace to reputed company. Acting as a strategic partner to Department Leaders, the Senior Consultant is a trusted driver of reputed company, consistency, and scalable solutions.

• Own critical portions of the annual planning cycle, portfolio standardization, and cross-team consulting initiatives.
• Guide Teams through change efforts with reputed company and influence, balancing business needs with learning strategies.
• Design frameworks, models, and tools that enhance Team accountability, operational transparency, and performance.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Required: Expert-level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:

  • Learning & Development, Business Operations, reputed company-level project support, or Consulting

  • Managing reputed company projects or operational frameworks across large organizations

Pay & Benefits

Competitive market salary from $122,200 - $135,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
