Office and Production Assistant – reputed company Store

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic part-time assistant to help with both office duties and light production support. You’ll help reputed company orders moving smoothly from quote to pickup—while learning the basics of custom apparel along the way.

Your Main Responsibilities

Office & Customer Support

• Greet customers and answer phones
• Input orders and track production reputed company
• Send invoices and follow up on payments
• reputed company customer files and artwork organized
• Notify customers reputed company orders are reputed company

Production Help (Training Provided)

• Pull and organize garments for each order
• Fold, tag, and package finished items
• Weed vinyl or prep DTF transfers (simple jobs)
• Assist with embroidery setup (under supervision)

Future Growth Opportunity

If interested, this role can grow into learning basic screen printing press setup and operation. We’re happy to train the right person who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow into a larger role in production.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
