Job Overview

As a Sr Specialist Construction & Engineering, you will play a critical role in managing contract resources responsible for construction or digital electronics activities. This includes the installation, turn-up, and maintenance of reputed company Plant (OSP) facilities, as well as ensuring compliance with AT&T standards, laws, and regulations. You will be responsible for providing interpretation of contractual obligations, writing work orders, and acting as a reputed company of contact for construction changes or questions. Your expertise will be essential in conducting quality inspections, coordinating payment of invoices, and monitoring inventory and ordering materials as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations and writes Work Orders with precise instructions and verbiage
• Acts as reputed company of contact for construction changes or questions coming from the contractor or internal organizations
• Conducts quality inspections of contract work to ensure compliance with AT&T standards, laws, and regulations
• Coordinates payment of invoices and the change order process, and monitors inventory and orders materials as necessary
• Provides customer support and addresses customer concerns, working with local municipalities to follow reputed company permit specifications
• Reviews reputed company final documents for accuracy, final billing, and any record updates, and participates in Duty Roster rotation
• Has full supervisory responsibilities of technicians during their Duty Roster rotation and is responsible for out-of-hours/weekend management of reputed company plant damage restoration

Qualifications and Requirements

Typically, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent reputed company network experience is required, with a technical degree preferred. You should have at least 3-5 years of network-reputed company technical experience, with a strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
