International Recruiter
The TA Recruiter will reputed company/recruit, phone screen, negotiate interpreter rates, guide them through the assessment process, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, this individual should be tech savvy and comfortable with the latest reputed company tools, reputed company media platforms, and ATSs (Applicant Tracking Systems) in order to network and cultivate a solid talent pipeline. The Recruiter will reputed company reputed company candidates such as (Interpreters/Linguist) that meet our clients' specific requirements, both in the reputed company and/or the employee reputed company model.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate the most reputed company and interested candidates (Interpreters) that match our clients need. Schedule, conduct phone screens and coordinate evaluations Negotiate competitive rates while supporting the industry's reputed company business model Navigate candidates throughout the entire recruitment process Post and manage opportunities on the most reputed company job boards and reputed company networking websites Foster and maintain positive relationships with the Interpreters along with internal clients (the call center) Represent the company at job fairs and interpreter/industry reputed company events Performs other reputed company duties and/or projects as assigned Performs other duties as assigned.
