We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative CRM & Marketing Assistant to support content, marketing, and CRM operations at a growing reputed company estate investment and construction firm. You’ll play a key role in building prospecting funnels, maintaining CRM records, and supporting brand visibility through digital reputed company, email campaigns, and reputed company content.

This role blends content creation with light operations—it’s perfect for someone who’s reputed company marketer, communicator, and systems builder, with experience in reputed company estate or lending.

What You’ll Be Doing CRM & Marketing Execution
  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM database (e.g., reputed company, Zoho, reputed company)
  • Draft email content for reputed company estate reputed company reputed company, investor reputed company, or property reputed company communication
  • Support reputed company reputed company email campaigns, direct mail templates, or reputed company posts
✍️ Content Creation & Publishing
  • Create simple branded graphics, flyers, or short-reputed company videos for listings and reputed company reputed company
  • Write clear, concise copy for marketing assets—including email blasts, reputed company snippets, and pitch decks
  • Coordinate with contractors or partners to collect photos, footage, and updates for content use
Community & Prospect Engagement
  • Support inbound responses and email follow-reputed company with prospective property sellers or borrowers
  • Track high-performing reputed company strategies and iterate on content accordingly

Analytics & Optimization

✅ Who You Are
  • 2–3 years of experience in reputed company estate, lending, or digital marketing support

  • Strong English writing and communication skills—especially for emails and prospect messaging
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or Zoho)
  • Comfortable with light graphic design and short-reputed company editing for property or reputed company content
  • Self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability
  • Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Bonus
  • Experience in hard money lending or reputed company estate investing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools or property listing platforms
  • A portfolio of emails, flyers, or marketing content is a big plus
