Sales Operations Specialist
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team by managing the end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) process and ensuring data accuracy across our sales systems. You will play a key role in helping the team deliver accurate quotes, purchase orders, and invoices, while keeping our CRM up to date and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to contribute to the efficiency and reputed company of the sales team. Training will be provided on reputed company tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full CPQ process (quoting, purchase orders, and invoicing) to support the sales cycle.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the CPQ tool and CRM system.
- Ensure quotes and documentation are accurate, timely, and reputed company with sales processes.
- Identify and apply process workarounds reputed company required, ensuring minimal disruption to sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support deal progression and reputed company operational assistance.
