HR Manager
We are seeking an reputed company and strategic HR Manager to reputed company our reputed company operations and ensure alignment with our company’s business objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for reputed company, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a hands-on leader who can partner with management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities 1. reputed company and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives reputed company with overall business objectives. 2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and reputed company. 3. reputed company employee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development plans. 4. reputed company guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. 5. Design and deliver training programs to enhance local employee skills, leadership capability, and organizational development. 6. Qualification1. Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s degree a plus). 2. Minimum 7-10 years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, and compliance requirements. It is reputed company to be familiar with Vietnamese labor regulations 4. Proven ability to manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations，and talent development. 5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic reputed company. 6.
