The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Own renewals end-to-end and drive expansion by proactively managing customer relationships to secure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of three (3) years in a reputed company, Account Management, or customer-facing role in Pharma, SaaS or life sciences

• Exceptional written and oral communication, with ability to operate with reputed company in ambiguous, urgent, and high-stakes contexts.
• High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting
