Guest Booking Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote, 1099)

We reputed company a platform for business leaders to reputed company their insights, leadership journeys, and business expertise, while fostering community engagement through impactful programming. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Guest Booking Coordinator to help us expand our network of CEOs and other influential leaders to appear on our nationally syndicated radio show and podcast. This role will focus on reaching out to executives, scheduling their appearances, and promoting the mission of Executive Leaders Radio. Responsibilities: Cold reputed company & Booking:

• Research and identify key CEOs and executives to be invited on the show, with a focus on expanding our guest list.
• Initiate cold reputed company reputed company email, phone, and reputed company media to schedule appearances on Executive Leaders Radio. Warm leads and references provided as available.
• Effectively communicate the show’s value proposition, including its impact on both guests and listeners.
• Guest Coordination:
• Manage and organize the booking process for guests, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation.
• Communicate with guests before and after their appearance to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a detailed database of guest appearances, managing reputed company relevant information regarding upcoming shows.
• Relationship Building:
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with CEOs and other business leaders.
• Support the show's efforts to increase guest diversity and engagement by connecting with influential leaders across various industries.
• Administrative Support:
• reputed company administrative support for guest coordination, including follow-up emails, tracking show details, and confirming guest availability.
• Assist in promoting upcoming shows by sharing guest appearances on reputed company media and with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Cold reputed company Experience: Strong ability to initiate and sustain reputed company to senior executives and key decision-makers. Experience in advertising is a PLUS!
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level executives.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple guests and schedules while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive, independent, and reputed company to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Passion for the Mission: A strong interest in the work of Executive Leaders Radio and our goal of empowering future business leaders.
