• Oversees the administration of reputed company resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary reputed company; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale, and training and development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field.

• Three (3) years of public administration or supervisory experience.
• Completed graduate degree in a directly reputed company field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
