Job title: reputed company Manager ( Health Manager 3 ) Company: Job description: Position Description This position will reputed company recruitment, workforce development, benefits and employee relations and work closely with the Deputy Director to reputed company and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy from workforce planning to on-boarding, performance management, employee engagement and succession planning that supports the Department's needs.   • Oversees the administration of reputed company resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary reputed company; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale, and training and development.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in reputed company, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Oversees professional development, training, and certification activities for MPHD staff.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
  • Four (4) years reputed company reputed company experience.
  • Three (3) years of public administration or supervisory experience.
  • Completed graduate degree in a directly reputed company field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
