Direct Care Aide- reputed company Shifts

We are looking for caring and compassionate Direct Care Aids (DCA) for our Supportive Care Areas. Our aids get the opportunity to work in an reputed company of small personal care settings. • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.

Essential Functions:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming (oral care), toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care. Encourage residents to be as independent as capable.

• Collect, laundry, and distribute linens, garments, etc. in accordance and as permitted by State regulations.
• Help to properly maintain reputed company equipment and ensure work areas are clean and safe.
• Assist in cleaning reputed company rooms, dining areas, public areas as indicated by regulations.

Shift availability:

• 2nd shift, Part-Time (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
• 3rd shift , Part-Time (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
• Must be available to work rotating shifts and work every other weekend
