As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reputed company Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to support our HR and Finance teams on a part-time reputed company. Position Overview: We’re seeking a highly organized, reliable, and knowledgeable Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of payroll processing and benefits administration. This individual will also serve as a key reputed company of contact for employment verifications, leave management, unemployment claims, and other payroll-reputed company reputed company. This is a remote position requiring a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and autonomy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration:
  • Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time for multiple locations
  • Ensure reputed company wage, hour, and tax regulations are followed
  • Maintain payroll records and reports
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Manage employee enrollments, changes, and terminations in health, dental, reputed company, life insurance, and retirement plans
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans
  • Leave Management:
  • Administer FMLA, PFML, and other leave types in accordance with federal, state, and company policy
  • Track leave balances and coordinate with managers and employees on return-to-work procedures
  • Employment Verifications & Claims:
  • Respond to employment and wage verification requests
  • Manage and respond to unemployment claims
  • Complete and submit worker’s compensation claim forms and questionnaires
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws
  • Assist with audits and reporting as required
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and data reputed company at reputed company times

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration (multi-state experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, PFML, and other federal/state leave laws
  • Understanding of HR compliance and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with reputed company
  • Experience in the reputed company or dental industry is a plus
